Sick days and documents in one place
Sick leave is recorded centrally on the person's record, including the period and the related documents. That keeps sick days, vacation and other absences in the same place as working hours, instead of scattered across inboxes and folders. Every day counts toward planning immediately: absences are visible in the team overview, and the monthly review calculates with actual attendance. No chasing, no double entry.

ArbZG-compliant records, no extra work
Pistacio checks recorded and planned time against the German Working Time Act (ArbZG): daily maximum hours, minimum breaks and rest periods. Records are stored tamper-proof, kept for the legal retention period and then deleted automatically — no biometrics, no fingerprint, no face scan. Minimum-wage record-keeping duties (MiLoG) are covered too, and your data stays hosted in the EU or Germany. When an audit comes, you pull the evidence from the system, not from a filing cabinet.

The monthly review shows what tracked hours turn into: project budget burn, team utilization and margins at a glance.
